Order Placement: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Color Disclaimer: Product color may vary due to screen resolution differences.
Empty or Torn Parcel: Report any empty or torn parcel within 48hrs with an unboxing video     

*Eligibility: Replacement or exchange is available within 7 days of delivery for items that are undamaged, unworn, odor-free, and in their original condition.
* Exchange Window: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
* Video Proof: For defective or wrong items, send an unboxing video for verification. Reverse pickup will be arranged, and shipping covered by us.
* One Exchange Attempt: Only one exchange per order.
* Self-Shipping or Pickup: You should self-ship or request a pickup at your cost. Pack items securely in original packaging.
* Video for Returns: A video is mandatory when shipping the item back for replacement or exchange.
